Due to the intimate nature of our bespoke products, Custom Sex Doll Factory accepts returns only for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to ensure a swift resolution.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and clear photographs of the defect or shipping damage to initiate the claim process.

  Wait for Authorization

  Our quality assurance team will review your photos and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request meets our criteria.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original discreet packaging, ensuring all accessories are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our factory using a tracked courier service; once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
